Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sales plans to achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Actively prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities within the IT sector across various industries.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and compelling demonstrations of Lawencon International's IT solutions to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and pre-sales teams to customize and tailor IT solutions that effectively address client needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and Lawencon International's evolving product and service portfolio.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of 3+ years in IT sales, business development, or account management, preferably within Jakarta.
  • Strong understanding of various IT solutions, including software, hardware, cloud services, cybersecurity, or managed services.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport, establish trust, and influence decisions with clients at all organizational levels.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken, is required.
