Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Present and demonstrate logistics solutions to potential and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the logistics industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics or supply chain industry
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and freight forwarding
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
