About the Role
Insider Security is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our high-growth team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of securing the digital landscape for the Public Sector and large-scale Enterprises. You will be responsible for driving the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and lead qualification to closing complex deals and managing long-term strategic relationships.

You will work closely with our technical pre-sales and product teams to deliver tailored value propositions that solve real-world security challenges, ensuring our clients stay ahead of evolving cyber threats while achieving their compliance and operational goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end sales process for Public Sector and Enterprise accounts, ensuring a robust pipeline and consistent quota attainment.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.
- Manage and expand existing client relationships by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the portfolio.
- Develop and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Navigate complex public sector procurement processes, including tenders and GEBIZ requirements in Singapore.
- Collaborate with the Pre-Sales and Engineering teams to align technical solutions with client business requirements.
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts and maintain meticulous records in the CRM.
- Represent Insider Security at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to build brand authority.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the Cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated track record of selling to Public Sector agencies and large Enterprise organizations in Singapore.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including UEBA, cloud security, and data protection.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently in a high-growth startup environment.
- Familiarity with the local government tender process and regulatory landscape.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
