- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless service delivery
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive insights
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the Philippines market
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid driver's license and willingness for client visits
