Tanggung Jawab
- Drive lead conversion and new business acquisition through strategic prospecting and relationship development
- Manage end-to-end sales pipeline using CRM systems to ensure timely follow-up and opportunity progression
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and needs assessment
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaign execution
- Prepare and present compelling proposals aligned with client requirements and business objectives
- Track and exceed monthly/quarterly sales KPIs while maintaining accurate sales documentation
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with proven track record in lead conversion
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market trends
- Target-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous
