In this hybrid role, you will act as the bridge between our high-quality piping solutions and our clients' complex engineering needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients, contractors, and engineers.
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities within the construction and industrial market segments.
- Prepare accurate technical quotations, proposals, and project estimates to ensure competitive positioning.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide expert consultation on piping applications and system specifications.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and site visits to contract negotiation and post-sales support.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or Business Administration.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the construction, industrial, or piping sector.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into client solutions.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Professional fluency in English and local dialects.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client site visits within the region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
