Thermovar Pipes Sales And Services is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive / Sales Engineer to join our expanding team. Based in the vibrant Cagayan de Oro region, this role is pivotal in driving our market presence and delivering high-quality piping solutions to our clients.
As an Account Executive / Sales Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact, bridging the gap between our innovative product line and client needs. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the target market segment to ensure consistent sales growth.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and site visits to proposal submission and final contract negotiation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and increase account penetration.
- Provide technical support and consultative advice to clients regarding piping system applications and service specifications.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and project status updates for management review.
- Collaborate with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial) or a related technical field.
- Proven track record in technical sales or account management, preferably in the construction, industrial piping, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of piping systems, technical specifications, and industrial procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong alignment with regional sales objectives.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and project timelines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools.
