Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key distributors and strategic accounts within the designated territory.
- Conduct professional and engaging product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
- Collaborate with distributors to set and achieve ambitious sales targets, monitor performance, and provide necessary support and training.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategically expand Bridgestone's market share in the commercial fleet and automotive sectors.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Provide expert technical advice and solutions to customers, addressing their specific operational challenges and requirements.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track progress against objectives and contribute to overall business planning.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive) or a related technical/business field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or account management, preferably within the automotive, heavy equipment, or tire industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage distributor networks and foster strong, productive business relationships.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory (Karawang and surrounding areas).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
