Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions in Jakarta and Surabaya
  • Present and promote company's advanced wound care products to potential clients
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in designated territories
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and wound care products is highly desirable
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Jakarta and Surabaya
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
