Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets in the seafood market segment
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities with seafood distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and value-added solutions
- Prepare customized proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies aligned with client requirements
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
- Generate detailed sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems to track performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the food/beverage or seafood industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets with measurable results
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to build long-term client partnerships
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
- Valid Indonesian driver's license with willingness to travel for client meetings
