Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for FinTech and financial software solutions? Sentra Vidya Utama is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our expanding team in Surabaya. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the adoption of our SFT (Finance System) products, helping businesses streamline their financial operations through our innovative digital platforms.
As an Account Executive, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and our clients' success. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demo delivery and final negotiation. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to building long-term, value-based relationships with our clients.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations of our SFT (Finance System) to prospective clients.
- Proactively prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities within the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients.
- Provide expert consultative advice on how our financial software can address specific business pain points.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and progress reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, SaaS, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and general finance systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to manage a sales funnel and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern CRM software.
