Thumbtack Philippines is seeking a talented Bilingual Account Executive (Spanish) to join our high-growth sales team. In this role, you will be the primary engine driving our expansion by acquiring, onboarding, and coaching local service professionals to thrive on our platform.
As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and identifying key service providers to negotiating terms and ensuring their successful launch on the Thumbtack marketplace. You will act as a consultant to our pros, helping them understand the value of our digital tools, and you will do it all in Spanish, ensuring a seamless experience for our growing network of Spanish-speaking partners.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, product demonstration, and closing new service pro accounts.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and digital outreach to potential service providers in Spanish.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Thumbtack's platform, providing consultative advice to help pros grow their businesses.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality service pros within your assigned territory.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine your sales approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding processes and pro retention.
Kualifikasi
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
