Elitez Group is currently seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Ulu Tiram, Johor. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting functions, including AP/AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee tax filing requirements, including SST and corporate income tax, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to monitor inventory costs, specifically focusing on steel raw materials and finished goods.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and budget preparation to support operational decision-making.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CPA/CA qualifications are highly preferred).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of working experience in accounting, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, UBS, or similar ERP systems).
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and taxation laws.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
