- Develop and execute strategic account plans for wholesale and enterprise clients
- Identify new business opportunities within the ISP and telecommunications sectors
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized fiber optic solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets and growth KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in B2B account management or sales
- Proven experience in telecom, ISP, or ICT solutions
- Strong understanding of fiber optic networks and metro Ethernet
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to analyze technical requirements and business needs
