This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and ensuring exceptional account management services. As an AMS Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong partnerships with existing clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs while achieving revenue targets. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client requirements and market trends.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and provide regular reports to management on account status and forecasts.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the printing ink or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
