Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture client relationships for assigned healthcare insurance accounts
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding claims, benefits, and policy coverage
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems

Kualifikasi
