- Oversee daily management of high-value client accounts and relationship portfolios
- Lead collections strategies and processes to optimize cash flow and reduce arrears
- Coordinate Sales & Marketing operations campaigns and initiatives
- Mentor and develop account management team members
- Analyze account performance metrics and implement improvement plans
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration between sales, marketing, and finance
- Identify upselling opportunities and develop account growth strategies
- Prepare comprehensive reports on account status and performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in account management with 1+ years supervisory experience
- Proven track record in collections and sales operations
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work in a results-driven, target-oriented environment
- Knowledge of Philippine sales regulations and industry standards
