Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary lead point of contact for all matters specific to your assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high retention rates.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure sustainable growth.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including sales reports and status updates.
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant Sales role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Solid experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly MS Excel).
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs in a timely manner.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently under a contract arrangement.
