Frutika Syrup Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Principal & Sales Representative to join our team in Bandung. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand's presence in the market, building long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, and ensuring our premium syrups are the first choice for businesses across the region.
We are looking for a result-oriented individual who understands the unique demands of the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) sector. You will act as a consultant and partner to our clients, helping them enhance their menus and driving mutual growth. If you are a natural negotiator with a knack for expanding distribution networks and a deep understanding of the Bandung F&B scene, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Frutika Syrup's market presence in Bandung.
- Identify, contact, and secure new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing hotel, restaurant, and café clients to ensure recurring revenue.
- Conduct product demonstrations and tastings for potential and existing clients to showcase product versatility.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and value propositions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure timely delivery and superior customer service.
- Prepare regular sales reports and feedback loops for management regarding market performance.
Kualifikasi
- Proven professional experience in F&B sales or the HORECA industry is highly preferred.
- Strong existing professional network among hotels, restaurants, and cafés in Bandung.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively to team goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings within the region.
