In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing strategic partnerships with top-tier brands and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). You will act as the bridge between our company and external partners, leveraging data analytics to optimize sales strategies and enhance our market presence. We offer a structured working environment (08:00–17:00) with a monthly leave schedule to ensure a healthy work-life balance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with brands and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across major e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to develop actionable strategies for revenue growth.
- Manage end-to-end partnership relationships, from initial negotiation to contract renewal and performance review.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor competitor activities and market positioning to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to track KPIs and partnership success metrics.
- Optimize product listings and pricing strategies to maximize market share and profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or E-commerce marketing.
- Strong networking skills with a proven track record of negotiating deals with brands and influencers.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics) to interpret market data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Available for full-time work (08:00–17:00) with a monthly leave schedule.
