Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-Level executives and IT decision-makers.
- Manage and grow the existing portfolio of enterprise clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
- Develop and implement account strategies to maximize revenue.
- Conduct regular meetings and strategic reviews with key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development.
- Proven track record of managing relationships with C-Level executives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict KPIs.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
