Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage comprehensive sales administration processes, including data entry, contract processing, and report generation to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets through proactive account management and relationship building.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve inquiries and address feedback efficiently.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups and account reviews to assess client health and satisfaction levels.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success within a B2B environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English is a significant advantage.
