Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive communication and strategic account planning
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to expand client portfolios and revenue streams
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management from conception to execution and performance analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless project delivery
- Monitor campaign KPIs and provide comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights
- Resolve client concerns promptly and negotiate contract renewals to maximize retention
- Collaborate with sales teams to align on client needs and business development initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of account management or client-facing experience
- Proven track record in campaign management and client relationship building
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in performance metrics and reporting
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in deadline-driven environments
- Resident of Binondo, Metro Manila or willing to relocate
