Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings to assess client needs and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the internal team to resolve any technical or service-related issues.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Account Management or Sales.
- Strong understanding of the BPJS ecosystem (Health and Employment) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Proven negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
