Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services
- Develop and maintain detailed account plans to drive business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs
- Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and growth opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management or sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales methodologies
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
