Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic client relationships across construction and infrastructure projects
- Drive sales growth through market analysis, lead generation, and solution-based selling
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized scaffolding solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Prepare and present financial proposals, contracts, and performance reports
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contribute to strategic planning and revenue target achievement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of B2B account management or sales experience in construction/industrial sectors
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of scaffolding, construction safety standards, and project lifecycles
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
