Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with FSI and Enterprise clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
  • Execute end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and pipeline forecasts

Kualifikasi

  • 1-3 years proven experience in IT sales or solution selling
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
  • Deep understanding of Financial Services and Enterprise sectors
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
