Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic engagement
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within assigned accounts
- Prepare and present compelling proposals aligned with client requirements
- Monitor account performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive intelligence
- Prepare regular reports on account status and growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B account management or sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Valid Malaysian driving license (for client visits)
