- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and client engagement
- Manage and expand existing client accounts to ensure retention and growth
- Develop customized solutions aligned with client business objectives
- Collaborate with product teams to address client needs and drive sales
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and contract negotiations
- Analyze sales performance data to optimize account strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Deep understanding of Metro Manila market dynamics
- Certification in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Solution Selling) preferred
