Tanggung Jawab
- Leadership & Management: Oversee the daily operations, finance, and administration functions of the department.
- Internal Controls: Establish and maintain a proper system of internal control to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.
- Financial Planning: Manage costing structures, budget preparation, and financial forecasting to support business objectives.
- Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Implement and optimize administrative and financial processes to enhance overall efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop staff within the finance and administration teams.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within finance and administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of internal control principles, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
