Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory, including Jakarta Selatan, Tangerang Selatan, and Cinere Depok.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, prepare reports on account status.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively articulate value propositions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Domiciled in Jakarta Selatan, Tangerang Selatan, or Cinere Depok is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, presentation, and objection handling skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior sales or customer service experience, even from internships or part-time roles, is a plus.
