- Analyze client needs and requirements to develop customized solutions
- Present products and services to clients through compelling presentations and demonstrations
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client base through strategic networking
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Stay updated with industry developments and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management role
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
