Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage a portfolio of key IT client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions.
- Drive revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling of cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure products.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to support organizational planning.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met and solutions are delivered on time.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record of experience in sales management, preferably within the IT, cybersecurity, or cloud services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to forecast sales accurately and manage complex sales cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Klang Valley.
