  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through strategic networking
  • Present and demonstrate IT solutions to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions to clients
  • Track sales metrics and report on performance to management

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in IT industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
