Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with internal product and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and long-term partnership value.
- Lead client meetings and presentations to communicate value propositions effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in account management or sales within the corporate sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
