Tanggung Jawab

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing ISP clients to ensure high retention rates and loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive market research and networking.
  • Conduct product presentations and service demonstrations to explain the benefits of our Fiber Networks solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical support team to resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, analyze market trends, and update the CRM system with accurate client data.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies to expand market share in the Jakarta Raya region.
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling opportunities with existing accounts.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Account Management or Sales within the Telecommunications or ISP sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Valid Indonesian ID card (KTP).
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
