Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in cybersecurity and cloud solutions
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Conduct comprehensive client needs analysis to align solutions with business objectives
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations and proposals
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for leadership review
- Drive customer retention and expansion through proactive account management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B account management experience in IT/Cybersecurity sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and cloud technologies
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
