Tanggung Jawab

  • Acquire and on-board new key accounts by identifying prospects and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal product and technical teams to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to align on goals and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide accurate reporting to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with the fintech, e-commerce, or payment processing industry is a plus.
