Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and successfully upselling Apaylater’s financial products.
- Conduct regular account reviews and health checks to understand client needs and propose strategic solutions.
- Onboard new merchants efficiently, ensuring a seamless implementation of our services.
- Monitor account performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Product, Risk, and Support) to resolve client issues and optimize service delivery.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the sales team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the fintech, e-commerce, or banking sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay (Bahasa Malaysia) is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and client success.
