Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow existing high-net-worth client accounts within the luxury jewellery sector.
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive networking, market research, and cold calling.
- Conduct personalized product presentations and demonstrate the unique value of our exclusive collections.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system to track interactions and sales history.
- Collaborate closely with the design and operations teams to tailor solutions for specific client requests.
- Organize and host exclusive client appreciation events and product launches.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in account management or luxury retail sales.
- Strong understanding of the jewellery industry or high-end fashion retail market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with high-profile clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Fashion is preferred.
