Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolio within assigned territory
- Understand client needs and provide tailored IT solutions to meet their business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and reports to clients and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management or sales role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with IT products and services is highly desirable
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages
