Harrisma is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Account Manager to join our high-performing Project Division in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by selling advanced Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) technologies, Barcode Systems, RFID solutions, Wireless WiFi Industrial Solutions, Mobile Terminals, and IoT Handheld Enterprise Devices.

As an Account Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner for our enterprise clients, understanding their operational bottlenecks and aligning Harrisma’s robust hardware and software ecosystem to optimize their supply chain, logistics, and retail operations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for AIDC, RFID, Barcode, and IoT Handheld solutions within target industries such as logistics, manufacturing, and retail.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from initial client consultation and technical demo coordination to proposal presentation and contract negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, project managers, and C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design and deliver tailored hardware and industrial wireless WiFi solutions that meet complex client requirements.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets set by the Project Division.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on technology trends, competitor activities, and emerging B2B client needs.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reports to management via CRM software.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in AIDC, Barcode solutions, RFID, or Enterprise IT hardware.
  • Proven track record of managing and closing high-value corporate projects and enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of IoT devices, enterprise mobile terminals, industrial wireless solutions, and logistics technology.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a cross-functional project team.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
