Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients to ensure high retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales targets through strategic account planning and execution.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to discuss performance, gather feedback, and propose upsell/cross-sell solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to track progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Account Management or B2B Sales (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast environment.
