In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling high-value client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for our enterprise accounts.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver bespoke solutions that drive retention, revenue growth, and market penetration. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of key accounts across the APAC region to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to facilitate our regional market expansion strategy.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to exceed revenue targets and performance KPIs.
  • Act as the primary interface between clients and internal product/technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders to align on strategic goals and demonstrate ongoing value.
  • Provide detailed market insights and competitive analysis to support management in strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to tailor messaging and value propositions for the specific needs of the APAC market.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Account Management or B2B Sales, preferably within the APAC region.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-touch client relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultural boundaries.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales forecasting tools.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required to build face-to-face rapport with key clients.
