Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with corporate (B2B) clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolio
- Manage entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Present and promote company products/services to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English preferred
