Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with government clients at municipal, provincial, and national levels
  • Identify new business opportunities within the public sector and drive B2G sales growth
  • Prepare and deliver customized presentations on internet solutions for government entities
  • Navigate complex government procurement processes and tender requirements
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment with client specifications
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for B2G segment performance
  • Represent the company at government events and industry conferences

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B/B2G account management or government sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in public sector
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian government procurement processes
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret technical requirements and business needs
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
