As an Account Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to our merchants, providing data-driven insights, campaign management, and operational support to drive GMV growth. You will navigate the fast-paced world of social commerce, ensuring that our partners leverage TikTok's unique ecosystem to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences effectively.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage a portfolio of high-growth Beauty, Makeup, and Skincare merchants on TikTok Shop, ensuring sustained revenue growth and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize merchant GMV and brand visibility during key shopping festivals and seasonal campaigns.
- Provide expert guidance on livestreaming strategies, short-video content optimization, and affiliate marketing integration.
- Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities, troubleshoot operational hurdles, and provide actionable business insights to partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creator management, operations, and policy teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end shopping experience.
- Conduct regular business reviews to align on KPIs and long-term brand objectives within the TikTok ecosystem.
- Stay ahead of beauty industry trends and competitor activities to offer value-add consulting to your merchant portfolio.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Account Management, or Digital Marketing, specifically within the Beauty or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian beauty market landscape and consumer shopping behaviors.
- Proven track record of managing high-growth client accounts and exceeding revenue/performance targets.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, strategic narratives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Malay (proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage).
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-evolving startup environment with rapid change.
