Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and target key decision-makers within hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic laboratories across Indonesia.
- Execute proactive lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline for AI healthcare solutions.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and consultative sales meetings with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial outreach through to successful contract closing.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to provide market insights and feedback for product improvement.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for AI-based medical service adoption.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the Health-tech, medical device, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare market and hospital ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to translate complex technical AI solutions into clear value propositions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and long sales cycles effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Sciences, or a related field is highly preferred.
