  • Proactively manage and nurture client accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, serving as their main liaison with the company.
  • Drive sales opportunities and revenue growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular, detailed reports to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, product) to resolve client issues and meet business objectives.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales support.
  • Proven track record of driving client retention and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
