In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our organization and our valued channel partners, ensuring seamless collaboration, mutual growth, and long-term success.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end partner lifecycle—from initial acquisition and onboarding to ongoing account management and optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align partner goals with our corporate objectives, drive revenue performance, and negotiate win-win agreements. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a knack for consultative selling, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
  • Identify and prospect new partner opportunities to expand our market reach and footprint.
  • Coordinate and manage the full onboarding process for new channel partners to ensure immediate productivity.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to track KPIs, identify growth areas, and address operational challenges.
  • Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions to ensure alignment with company pricing and profit margin goals.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to develop compelling partner enablement materials and campaigns.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of partner satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Account Management, Channel Sales, or Partner Development.
  • Strong background in B2B relationship management and consultative selling techniques.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights.
  • Self-driven professional with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
